We often keep on thinking about what to eat not to eat, which foods are best to have, etc. But here is the catch, first you have to focus on your overall calories intake, and the right amount of foods in order to maintain their weight because one thing cannot work alone outright.

Right balance must be incorporated into your day-to-day life according to your needs. Also, these foods are under 100 calories, will give you boost and fill up your stomach while maintaining your weight.

most of the major vitamins and minerals in one food, that could be the ideal choice if you incorporate in your diet as a smoothie. Also, it will help increase metabolism and flush free radicals out of the body. Give it a short.

2. Yogurt

Yogurt is another best choice could be. If you add yogurt, it has an awesome nutritional profile. It gives you 100 calories in 1 cup (170 g) as well as Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-12, magnesium, calcium, etc.

In a way, this could be a powerful choice. If you are on gaining weight, you can add 1 banana or 1 slice of mango to yogurt. Otherwise, normally you can have 1 cup of yogurt that will give you 17 grams of protein will help you build your muscles and prevent muscle break down.
